When the Institute launched RITTech, a new professional standard for skilled IT professionals, it wanted something different. A strong brand identity, a creative campaign that stood out from the usual IT b2b noise and a clear acquisition strategy for both corporates and individuals.

Inspired by the open and close of modern code, Big Frank created an icon-driven identity using a bold colour palette to reflect the rich diversity of talent within the IT sector.

Our creative campaign challenged young aspirational IT technicians to meet the standards of RITTech - not everyone will do so or understand its value. Not everyone will get it, which is why it has value.
