De Morgan approached Big Frank to create a new website and a fresh look and feel for the Foundation.
After a period of familiarisation with the existing operations and values of the organisation, as well as the Collections themselves, we reviewed their brand and specifically its many facets and sub-brands and then refreshed their identity to accommodate all formats and usages. We redrew and modernised their existing iconography and introduced new fonts and colours inspired by the paintings and ceramics of Evelyn and William De Morgan. We developed concise brand guidelines and created a simple, intuitive website and eCommerce platform that could be maintained easily by the team at De Morgan.
The website now serves as a hub for De Morgan collectors and researchers globally.
Allowing them to explore the collection, learn more about the history of the De Morgans and find details of upcoming events and exhibitions.
