Big Frank created the ‘Instagram Your Summer’ campaign to increase social engagement and generate social content for urbanest during the summer of 2019.

We asked London students to share their favourite summer photos, from around town, in their halls of residence and abroad using the hashtag #urbanestsummer. The best photos won a cash prize. The campaign was supported on social media through Facebook and Instagram and offline around all of urbanest’s London properties – with reception and communal area branding and campaign postcards encouraging residents to Instagram their Summers.


Instagram Your Summer proved hugely popular and we were swamped with entries, generating a significant number of new followers for urbanest.


The campaign provided a huge amount of engaging, user-generated content for urbanest to re-share on their social platforms, ensuring authenticity to their community.
